It was good because of the hours. People I worked with were nice. Customers were great. It was a good customer service job. Would recommend to others.

Great benefits, not enough help Over half of the staff was cut in my brand in the 4 years I worked there. The lines stayed long and customers had to suffer

I absolutely enjoyed working for Regions bank. The support that my team provided was simply the best. Everyone had each other's back. My most enjoyable part of my job was helping and advising customers in making important decisions that will help better their life financially.

Regions as a whole is not a bad company to work for; however your experience and progress will depend on the management staff of that location. My co workers made coming to work easy, however made the job dreadful due to their personal issues which they openly displayed at work.

Great work life balance. Job can be overwhelming if everyone is not playing their part and doing their job. The pay could be a lot better. The management should not be afraid to manage and to enforce policy and make sure everyone is doing their job.
