I would say it's a very fast pace environment on most days since all of the employees are on strict time crunches with each client, everything needs to be like a well oiled machine.

Flexible, the bosses are really great about working with all the staff to schedule or arrange hours that for them best and staff is good about trading days or staying late once in awhile if someone else cannot. Monday thru Friday the clinic is open and the hours are generally 8 to 5 with the exception of some later evening appointments which, accomodate patients work schedules.

Meet with one of the managers (operations manager or clinic manager or both). Second interview is with the owner/director. Go over items on the resume, ask specific "what if" scenario questions typically related to patient problems, talk about why the applicant is the best fit for position.

Eye contact. Speak clearly. Relax. Come prepared with resume. Think about why you are the most qualified/best fit applicant. What you will bring to the position. Show up on time!
