Health, Dental, and Vision all though as large as Rehau is I think premiums are a bit high. 401 k match, long term and at I still term disability, employee life insurance and family life payroll deductions and much more
Depending on the department you work in you could work at 8 or 12 hour shift some swing shifts my position currently offers an 8 hour day 40 hours a week.
I have no problem telling people I work for rehau I'm proud of my position with the company
As with any company there are days that you just don't look forward to but then there are other days when the day is done that you walk away with a sense of pride and knowing you work with great coworkers

2 weeks per year accrued till after 5 years then you get another week

I would enforce the harassment policy and put an end to the breeding ground environment.
Talk and listen to what the people on the floor have to say. Get rid of the management buddy system, increase the starting pay to be in line with the other companies in the area. Give yearly raises as the other companies do and don't take them away the next year. What works in Germany doesn't necessarily work in Cullman.
What would you suggest REHAU AG + Co management do to prevent others from leaving?
Restaff management. Put people in charge that actually care about the long life of the company and its employees.
