Request information regarding completing reports each week and the time it takes on the weekend. This job can turn into a 7 day a week job. The company only pays for 1/3 of your mileage. They answer to that is you can submit the remain mileage on your personal tax return. They want 50-60 reports completed and submitted each week at least. The company is owned by a bank which makes all the profits and the inspectors and staff perform all the work.

You get 2 weeks after 1 year, but you can "borrow" them anytime before that. You can also accumulate sick days, about 8 per year. This is for full time employees.
