Great Company!
National Account Executive (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CANovember 19, 2018
Company culture is one of a kind. It is great to be surrounded by others who are hard-working and motivated. It is a high energy environment which is great because everyone feeds off of each others energy. Music playing around the office all day is great, snacks every morning, coffee and tons of other goodies.

The most enjoyable part of the job is me being able to directly impact my own income in a huge way. There is no way I would be able to support my families lifestyle without this job. I could'nt reccomend Reliant more. Just make sure you have a great attitude and continue to work hard and you will see the results!!
Pros
Lunches, snacks out every morning, coffee, benefits, hours, company culture and more!

They under pay you and departments are not treated fairly. They treat sales department as their golden children while everyone else bust their butts and gets unnoticed.

Reliant Funding ultimately provides you the opportunity to hit your financial goals. There is a small base of 30k but uncapped earning potentials. Everyday you go in an dial for dollars. They do give you the structure and motivation to hit those numbers.
Pros
Financial opportunities
Cons
the financial product itself

Nice Company, Poor Management
Client Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Melville, NYJuly 9, 2018
Management is ruining the company. Employees are not appreciated for their hardworking by the management team. No warning is given and you are just fired because the manager wanted to fire you.
Pros
Free lunches, free gym, yoga, benefits

Not a good place to work
National Account Executive (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAOctober 26, 2017
Awful company to work for really. You're just a number and don't expect to be treated any differently. Turn and burn is the mentality there so they just use up for your energetic first few months then you burn out and leave and they reap the benefits of your hard work.
Pros
coffee in the morning?
Cons
Everything

Great culture, great system
Account Executive (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAOctober 5, 2017
Reliant is a great place to work. You'll be challenged in the beginning since the best leads are given to the proven and tenured sales guys, but if you have a great work ethic and are willing to make enough calls (150+ daily), you will have success.

Commission structure is very generous. Just do the work necessary and you will make great money.
Pros
Fun work environment, great commission structure, flexible scheduling
Cons
30 min lunches

Data Intern
Data Entry Intern (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CASeptember 15, 2017
I worked as a Data Entry Intern here at Reliant and I can honestly say it was amazing! This is the most laid-back office I've seen and everyone here is super friendly. The sales team regularly has competitions on who can fund the most deals. There is music playing in the background while you work and a big lunch room with plenty of fridge space and a sink if you bring your own food. They even have company volunteer days at homeless shelters occasionally. Great place to work for!
Pros
Great Atmosphere, Awesome Management

Good company to work for, reliable on closers to fund new deals
Telesales Representative (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAJuly 8, 2015
Working on a predictive dialer, this company contacts small to medium size merchants and business owners.

You get to know businesses on how they operate on a day to day level. Many small to medium size business owners only accept cash payments. The key is to sell them on a merchant account that accepts major credit cards as well as debit.

There are several managers or supervisors that run a call center environment type office.

Many of the co-workers are different and work in an enjoyable atmosphere.

At times like many jobs, can be very challenging. Trying to reach out to the owners of their businesses and reaching them at a time they can discuss about using a merchant account can be difficult.
You need at least 15-20 min to speak with them.

Helping business achieve results and making them profitable is always a plus.
Pros
Good work environment, learning merchant services
Cons
Timing on transfer to closers to get deals closed
