Be ethical, follow the laws and treat your therapists with respect they deserve, don't play games with salaries, and regional managers should listen to the local therapists who know their facility and patients

I agree with "Clean House" . start with corporate and regional managers. Or put them in the facilities and use their licenses for some on the liability/ unethical expectations of this company. How about some CEUs for upper mgmt. to learn how to talk to people. In the phone conference calls we can hear your tone of voice. Really.

Stop changing productivity expectations. Productivity expectations are un achievable. Offer better benefits and holiday pay.
