Poor upper management, unethical billing practices, unrealistic productivity expectations, NO RAISES OR INCENTIVES. Management makes lots of promises with the hiring process but after you hired every thing is forgotten. Very stressful work environment, therapists actually got sick working for this company, and received write up for taking off sick even with doctors excuse. This company does not care about the employees, they just want to use your license. Be aware.

I decided to leave after two months due to poor equipment provided in rehab department and lack of training yet expected to fill out multiple reports which lowered productivity even though I served ywo bldgs and had to cram lunch down in 5 minutes or not eat at all. Got really sick working there and couldn't take off sick. Poor residents might have gotten sick. Nice rehab team though!
