Though the name Relias is new, we’ve been delivering online training programs to organizations with specialized needs since 2002. By bringing together more than 11 successful healthcare companies, we have been fortunate to provide our clients with a wealth of courses and dedicated support to meet their compliance, performance and professional development needs. Strong partnerships with leading advocacy and professional organizations enable us to create engaging, relevant, and timely learning experiences. Our intuitive user interface makes learning enjoyable and we’ve incorporated gaming elements to boost learner engagement.
Relias offers much more than just course content. We understand the complexities associated with delivering, tracking, and documenting staff training. Our online learning solution simplifies management of a training and continuing education program. Every year, more than 5,500 organizations have 3 million employees take over 30 million courses—enabling staff to provide better service.

I came to Relias via a merger, and many people from my company (including me) were laid off shortly after the merger took place. The high point of my experience with Relias was my colleagues, who were hardworking professionals who cared about the work they were doing. Benefits included 401K match
Relias encourages different departments to work together to achieve greatness for the company. The culture is very inclusive of everybody, and the environment feels safe.
Working at Relias during the pandemic, I did feel supported and taken care of. My managers were very understanding if I needed to take time off for mental or physical health
Layoffs due to company failures. Company preaches positivity yet focuses solely on the negatives. Neglects current clients in hopes of finding new ones and then employees pay the price for the company losing business.
