Solid way to earn money.
Technical Sourcer (Former Employee) - Remote - April 13, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeedno complaints, if you are a solid recruiter you can make nice earnings here. You just have to build relationships with the account managers by submitting solid candidates. If your a recruiter hoping to make money by just sending bogus candidates, it will be noticed and you will not thrive.

Recruitment Platform with no earning opportunities.
Virtual Recruiter (Current Employee) - Houston, TX - May 13, 2022
Relode is a platform for independent recruiters and a great career-starter for recruiters. However, there is absolutely no support for sourcing and the account managers adopt a ghost-like management style that neither Relode nor recruiters benefit from. The platform can be a total obstacle for resume submissions, since the managers are absent, you are often left on your own with no means of technical support or feedback. Very little money can be earned from Relode.

Great short term work
COVID-19 Tester (Former Employee) - Duluth, MN - March 15, 2022
I knew the job wouldn't last long. With more and more people being vaccinated the need for public test sites have dwindled. The pay was excellent for the work. When it was busy it was hard work, but any average person could totally handle it. I honestly miss the people I worked with and the environment.
Pros
Pay, coworkers, hours, pretty much everything
Cons
It's contract work

Poor Management and communication
COVID-19 Tester (Former Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - November 7, 2021
I was hired and did all the onborading. Was Assinged to a site and started working. The 4th day of the week on the 2nd week of work, we all get an email telling us that our background/fingerprints werent approved and couldnt work on the site anymore. Impossible because if that was true I couldnt hold my state licenses. Then a week later I received another email saying there was a problem with the system and the fingerprints were in limbo and it was gonna be fixed. That was a month ago and I still havent had any other update sent to me, nor have my messages been returned. I was left in the dust completely.

No opportunity for out-of-state individuals
This company seems good to work for “remotely” at the beginning, but they can lock your account without notice once you’re outside the state such as being in vacation or being in other countries for period of time. And they don’t care who you are, they don’t care when you go back now or tomorrow. I don’t know why all of this is happening while being remote. And I don’t know why this requirement is not written in their website. I prefer other websites because they appreciate recruiters more and they pay more.
Pros
Only their website is designed well.
Cons
Not friendly, can lock account without notice, doesn’t accept qualified recruiters.

Overall was a good experience, people very easy to work with, and generally fun to do medicine within the confines of the prison.
Correctional Physician (Former Employee) - Henderson, TX and Tennessee Colony, TX - March 27, 2021
Work was at ETTF, a minimal security prison at Henderson, TX, treating inmates. All guards, medical staff, even the wardens were all friendly and appeared to be understanding of the roles we providers were to take on at the prison. Prisoners were also mostly receptive and agreeable. Working with UTMB was well-directed and focused.
Pros
Spreads by staff for birthdays, holidays, welcomes and goodbyes.

Supportive, motivating and forward thinking
Executive Recruiter (Current Employee) - Baltimore, MD - January 15, 2019
I work for Relode as an independent agent, so I dont' receive benefits from them as I work for myself. However, it never feels like I'm working for myself. They have such a supportive team approach to helping us make money. Working 100% commission can be stressful, but they keep the moral high, the motivation in check and are overall a great company to work with as a whole. I love to see their internal staff continue to move around due to promotions within the office. Relode is a fairly new company and with that comes some bumps... but their bumps immediatly get smoothed out by setting up a new process. They are very flexible and they listen when you have ideas.
Pros
Great support and team environment.
Cons
N/a, I honestly do not have a complaint.

Productive
Virtual Recruiter (Current Employee) - Off site - September 13, 2018
Relode is a commission based company off site. You are able to recruit at your leisure. Commission is great once the employee is hired. It also gives you basic experience of you are just starting out as a Entry level recruiter or just graduating.
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Commission based
