Working in the home was the best part, the only problem was the upper management. When issues were brought to their attention they were often swept under the rug. The vibes in the homes were relaxed and laid back, which made the job tolerable. The hardest part of this job was the lack of assistance from upper management. The most enjoyable part was - more ... the relationship built with those we serve. - less
ProsRelaxed atmosphere, stable location
Consno official breaks, no official lunch, management was not helpful
