Na
Remedi is not what is promised. Management is not fair and will tell you one thing and do another. It's very easy to get hired here because they are desperate for help. Can not keep help because of the way they do things. I would not recommend anyone to work here

Drama, Drama, Drama
The hours are long. Second shift is from 4:30pm-1:00am. Good luck getting a first shift position or a promotion if you aren’t a favorite. You don’t make your own schedule. Management makes it. There is no flexibility for employees or set days off. The employees are very drama-oriented, unprofessional, and there is so much gossiping and cursing in the workplace. They will hire anyone. If you’re in desperate need for a job then here is a good starting place but I would leave as soon as possible

Order Entry
I did not have any trouble with Remedi for the 4 years I was there. I worked in order entry department, never had any attendance issues and was never disciplined for anything. I tend to stay away from trouble I guess.. While I was working at Remedi I was going to school online to get a degree in Human Resources. I ended up finishing my degree and finding a salaried position elsewhere where I am happy now. I am proud to say that I have almost no student loan debt because I took it slow and worked to pay for my tuition. In order entry I was putting in about 240 orders per day and in our location we did not answer the phones. I worked by myself and got my job done, sometimes they would ask me to work overtime, and there were situations where they were many orders behind and paid us extra on top of overtime to help shorten the queue. I was ok with working extra, it helped me pay for my school.
Pros
steady hours, overtime opportunity, good pay, free drinks
Cons
short breaks, they give you points if your late

Definitely better than retail
After working in several retail stores for over 5 years I will say that not facing customers has been a great thing for me. I enjoy not having to deal with irate and rude customers. I used to be sick all winter because of sick customers who I had to deal with every day. Another good thing about working here is that I am always guaranteed 40 hours per week. At CVS they hired me full-time and then started cutting hours, I could not survive on that paycheck. At Remedi I work in pharmacy fulfillment where I am either on paxit machines or doing compounding. Overall I enjoy working here, pay is good compared to retail, but I wish they offered more time off and cheaper benefits.

Just don’t bother
Horrible place to work. No one, especially management, cares. 99% of the managers and employees are backstabbers. Pay sucks, hours suck, management sucks. Save yourself the heartache and don’t even bother applying.

Some of the most petty and cliquey people I've ever worked for and with. The "managers" were the cause for much of the gossip and division.
Management specializes in divide and conquer tactics; usually pitting employees against one another on the regular. They blatantly play favorites so schedules can change if that person wants time off or needs to leave early. HR is nonexistent but good luck trying to make a formal complaint. Their dosing machines break down a lot so most of shift is fixing the problems.
Pros
Contests with prizes
Cons
Only favorites and snitches win

Disappointment
I adored the people that I worked with! The job was monotonous and mundane. My performance was an issue that I was reprimanded on, even though when asked directly in my interview for the position if there was a quota, was told no. This is not a place to work if you ever become ill. After I became quite ill and was unable to work for an extended period of time, even though I had pto and a short term disability policy, and was in contact with my immediate supervisor consistently except for two days when I physically was unable, was terminated for job abdonment. When speaking with HR in an attempt to get my job back, I explained everything 1that had occurred and said "I don't know what else I could have done" (to save my job). She replied (Yeah, I don't know either....). All of this was after being diagnosed with a very serious, incurable disease
Pros
Great Coworkers
Cons
Management, Surprise job requirements, Incompetent, disconnected, inconsiderate HR

Long term care facility
Promises are made but not kept. ALOT of drama some rules followed others not. Depending on who you are depends on what happens, what you get. Everyone makes the same amount weather your straight off the street, experienced or certified. Wages are not fair

Heavy workload with no appreciation
This was the worst job I've ever had, the most part that was really upsetting to me is that they didn't pay me my unused VTO hours, I had more than 2 days worth of VTO that I worked hard to earn, I worked overtime and stayed late when they needed help to get the work done, all this was for nothing, I so regret wasting my time working for this company who denies their employees rights, make sure to exhaust all your PTO before leaving this company because they don't care about their employees, there's no job security with them. Favoritism, inequality,no appreciation for hard work

Just dont
I gave this company 3 years and left with a nervous breakdown. Literally spent a few days in the hospital, because this place made me sick. They do not care about their employees except for what they can get out of them

Favoritism -no money
Do not work here if you are a hard worker. Upper management does not care about your concerns . Do not expect a pay raise, they tell you it’s not in the budget but will turn around and hire new people at a higher base rate salary . I have cried multiple times because of this job and the stress from it. They don’t appreciate there employees and it’s a lot of he said she said. If management doesn’t like you they pick on you .They expect for you to do your job and someone else’s. They pick and choose who they want to advance, and if your not a favorite you will be depressed. It’s a few good people here but overall the company is awful and does not care about its employees . Do not work here unless you ready to slave.
Pros
The job isn’t that hard and overtime is always available
Cons
Low pay, poor management, disrespectful employees

Employee happiness was a plus. I look foward to coming back. The parking lot was huge, that was a plus for my beautiful big blue car that took me to and from work everyday.

Plenty of Help
During the week, there are plenty of techs to cover data entry, so you will not feel overwhelmed. Management does a great job on staying on top of everyone. All the data entry techs are helpful and friendly. Hardest part of the job is understanding nurses with thick accents but you get used to it. Learning the company's way of processing things was not hard at all just have to remember to do certain things and follow the pop ups. Most enjoyable is having the work load separate out evenly and not just one person doing all the work. I started 12/02/2019 and got holiday pay which is really nice.

Could be better..
I had a few issues and tried to bring it to the attention of the general manager. He tries to be best friends with you so the issue doesn’t escalate. Everytime I walk through order entry, their manager seems to always be yelling at her staff. In group meetings, it seems she’s targeting 1 person. How embarassing! The Ops manager is nice but the techs seems to slack when she or the pharmacist manager is away. The general manager is not involved in daily business and can’t answer any questions. The pharmacist manager is nice and patience. She tries to help other departments

Great potential, too many RPhs
Slow to trust new hires, some toxicity among employees (especially with female “cliques”), however some kind and fun employees as well to make up for it, not enough hours, management does not provide new hires with any sense of job security or stability (too many pharmacists and not enough hours). It’s unfortunate because this company is actually way better than others I’ve worked with.

Hr & managment 'do not work here'
After my past job in the medical field I thought this was a great way to get my foot in the door in another aspect to grow within the medical field. It was too good to be true though. During my first phone screen I informed the reason I had parted ways with my last job is because I was lied to about a promotion and raise. HR ensured this company was different and gave me the rundown of the pharmacy technician certification process and that I would be training for 2 weeks in fulfillment and then begin the certification class. During my in person interview the Operations manager gave me the same explanation when asked the question he said "2 weeks in fulfillment and the certification class begins". During my orientation I had asked the HR stationed at the pharmacy the same question which she then rolled her eyes and said "I dont know soon I think".I started working in fulfillment with no training whatsoever, the supervisor handed me a scanner and didnt explain anything so I had to ask coworkers for help and explanations. During my shift I asked the supervisor about the certification process and she told me the class wasnt for another 3 months and that the company doesn't have to legaly certify you until 6 months of employment. I waited a couple more days to see if the supervisor was going to train me and she did no training at all. So I emailed HR about that and the fact that the operations manager and the HR lied to me during the hiring process about the certification process. They tried to sweep that under the rug saying I misunderstood and that they would look into proper - more...

Absolutely awful and complete waste of time
Order entry was so unorganized and no one on the same page because of the Front End Manager from her wrongful leadership and unprofessional sense of communication.
