It is difficult to say the least. The managers are forced to intimidate, as a counselor, you are forced to give the sales pitch to get people in and then they can't find jobs. The goals are unobtainable.

A diverse culture because of the variety of ethnic backgrounds that are employed. Many hours are put at the school so there can be signs of fatigue. However, instructors continue to provide a high level of education.
