Work from home
Best thing about here is work from and flexible timing. Beside that I like the growth of the company and personally. The office culture is not perfect but, work from home covers it.

Was offered a job and the offer was rescinded.
Not a good experience. Run! I was offered the job and they sent me an email a few days later telling me they hired someone else. I was told how excited they were to have me. Then without any explanation I was told they hired someone else. My license is current, my background is great and I have excellent references. I’ve canceled a vacation that I can’t get my money back on because they told me I had the job and I wanted to go ahead and start. I also turned down other offers.

No organization. "YES MEN" will thrive here
I was hired without my p&c licenses. Literally went through 3 interviews & an offer was extended & started working before they realized I didn't have my licenses. I was hired as a trainer but have since become more of a service worker. The people running this company have no idea how to be successful with commercial insurance. This is a "start up" company, so if you have a brown nose & always say yes, you could make it far. There are people here who have no business in their position because of lack of knowledge, but because they always say YES, they seem to always get promotions. The commercial insurance side of this company is truly a dumpster fire. Stay far away from this company if commercial is what you want.
