If you are not passionate about insurance then the job may not be for you. Renegade is truly working hard to change the way that insurance works. It’s not always perfect, and like any startup, there can be some growing pains, but through those pains comes opportunities to express your ideas and make meaningful change.

Honest opinion

Amazing company to work for with so many opportunities for promotion. Extremely supportive of motherhood and very flexible. Benefits are great. Your voice is truly heard within this company, which is extremely rare. Truly a family oriented place to work for. If you have a hard work ethic and don’t just want a repetitive transactional job, renegade is a great place for you!

Not a lot of help given. Stressful, and tedious tasks. Dead end job.

Not very happy with them. Tedious and repetitive tasks, no way to advance with them. You will always just be just another employee. Make sure you read over your offer letter and your pay matches what they promised you. They’ll stifle you if you’re not careful

Work from home

Best thing about here is work from and flexible timing. Beside that I like the growth of the company and personally. The office culture is not perfect but, work from home covers it.
