I can only speak from the Inside Sales Rep perspective, but they're not demanding relevant experience. If you seem like you are someone who is coachable, pleasant and easy to talk to then you shouldn't have any issues. I would leave your internship at the Fyre Festival off of your resume though.

Answered

I received my offer letter the same day I had my second interview.

Answered

Same day. If there's one thing this company does well it's calling people immediately.

They test for whatever they can smell on you. Use the febreeze in the back.

I had a 15 minute phone interview that was more of just a basic introduction to the company. A couple days later I had my formal interview and was hired a few hours after that. No drug tests, far as I know there was no background check done. Training started a week and a half after that.

Answered

No pre-drug screening. Drug test under suspicion if at work under the influence.

I think the employee discount knocks some of their windows down to a cool $1,500 a pop but the vending machine in the back is very reasonably priced.
