Productive, But no security
Sub-Contractor (Former Employee) - Chantilly, VA - October 3, 2019
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedMostly Russians employees making the environment hard to communicate with others to get things done. The biggest flaw about working here is the job security, i had no notice, until i was laid off.
Pros
Free lunches, Kind and Patient Contractors
Cons
Language Barrier, No Job Security

Good pay/benefits horrible culture/advancement
Sales Coach (Former Employee) - Sauk Rapids, MN - September 21, 2023
The pay and benefits where pretty good. But change their incentive plan yearly to do more work for less money. Very unorganized and run poorly. Leadership could careless about employees or your career/personal growth. Treated as just a number or warm body to fill a seat. Schedule is inconsistent and a every couple weeks will have to work 7 days in a row with no overtime and will have to work some holidays as well. And special treatment for certain minorities and LGBTQ.
Pros
Pay
Cons
Leadership/Schedule

Lots of driving
Design Consultant (Former Employee) - Tomball, TX - September 21, 2023
Lot of driving to leads across town to someone who doesn't answer the door. Also they do not pay for gas and when they give you these horrible leads it goes against your sales score.

Not what they say it is
Isc (Current Employee) - Indiana - September 20, 2023
You're constantly threatened with termination and the leads usually don't amount to anything. Your bonuses are rare to get over $150 reception for a choice few who somehow always get almost $1000 in bonus.

Management sucks but the real workers at the company is awesome
Retail Service Representative (Former Employee) - Torrance, CA - September 19, 2023
The upper management in this company is not great. The supervisors can be ok… but management doesn’t seem to really have employees best interest in mind. The management team also doesn’t seem to have existing customers best interest in mind, even though quality customer service and product is what they sell. Basically man game t is shady and you as a csr or rsr are put in a position to “make things happen” without support.
Cons
No real training is

Great people and fun times
Canvasser (Current Employee) - Pennsylvania - September 19, 2023
As a Canvasser, you learn a lot. There are days you get leads, there are days you get none. It doesn’t really matter how much work you put in, it’s usually climate based and how well people are versed to getting their windows replaced or even just looked at. You may walk on main roads or neighborhoods, people will yell at you for being a “solicitor” since you are going door to door, but most of the time people are nice! Be honest with yourself and know you start out at 15 dollars an hour. Also you may work 9 to 5 or 11 to 7, depending on day light savings.

I drank the coolaid. So it started off great. I moved up. Followed the rules and met quota. But sometimes that ain't enough even when it should be.
Manager (Former Employee) - Kennewick, WA - September 16, 2023
They preach culture. But behind the scenes the management has far from good culture. I know because I was one of them. I was in the meetings. I seen the bias. I seen the lack of accountability and resolution specially between departments. I was told the real reasons people were fired when thats not what was on paper and thats not what unemployment gets to know. If you catch my drift. Shady stuff behind the scenes. Never let a company fool you with the upfront culture pitch cuz this company is good at it but they only care about themselves. You are replaceable. I made money here don't get me wrong. Was it the most enjoyable, structured, transparent place to work. Far from it. That's about all I can say without outing myself but I was here for years and don't have enough fingers to count the issues going on there.
Pros
They pay
Cons
Fake. No structure.

Good at first, then goes down hill.
N/A (Former Employee) - Peoria, IL - September 14, 2023
Make you feel needed, and valued. Until they decide they would rather be friends with another employee and automatically put them first, doesn't matter your position of power.

A model for how a company's culture really works!!!
ISR (Current Employee) - Northborough, MA - September 14, 2023
This company has it all. It starts with leadership at the top and how they respect and treat every employee as a valued member of their team. This company's model from the first day you step foot on the job is mentoring at all levels. You have great training, coaches, and valued input to be the best version of yourself. This company communicates with a weekly meeting and allows suggestions from all. It is exactly what a company in 2023 should and does look like. Diversity/ inclusion and allowing all people to shine. The money is great!!! I have never been happier:)))))
Pros
Esler bucks/ weekly meetings/ training/ coaches/ coffee water/ clean bathrooms/ picnic tables
Cons

Easy job. Horrible management
Customer Care Coordinator (Former Employee) - Sacramento, CA - September 5, 2023
Job is super easy and starts off fun. I started thinking it was a good family environment but realized that was not the case. They promote the wrong people and have lots of favoritism towards certain people rather than others. They use people then chase them out to hire others. The turnover rate is very poor. If it wasn’t for the management I’m sure people would stay a lot longer.

Never again
Brand Ambassador (Former Employee) - Knoxville, TN - September 5, 2023
The shifts are super long 6-8+ hours of standing in one spot getting rejected all day long like other reviews mention. Customers aren't even really there during early morning hours and late shifts too. Leadership pops in for 10 minutes only to leave after a photo for their group chat so they can pretend they were there for support. There is basically like no support after your first training day trust me. I didn't even get a company shirt as promised. But hey, sometimes these experiences teach us valuable lessons. On to something else I guess.
Pros
Flexibility in scheduling. Decent pay.
Cons
Poor scheduling. Long shifts that are boring.

Fast-paced, busy work environment
Logistics Specialist (Current Employee) - Cottage Grove, MN - August 31, 2023
The company pays well compared to many of the other manufacturing facilities in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas, plus there’s profit sharing, which is a plus.

Frustrating and exhausting...not worth the small salary.
Proximity Marketing Manager (Former Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - August 28, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Benefits are good and PTO is plenty...if you can use it. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? They don't care if you are sick or on vacation...you still have to work. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? At the LA branch unfortunately the GM believe he is all mighty...in reality he is nothing. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Begin driving from home around 6am...deal with several tasks...get home around 8pm.

The management all the way to the owner cares about the employees. It definitely a place where you get out what you put in. The people who work there all try their best at all times.

Top notch company
Retail Experience Coordinator (Current Employee) - Cottage Grove, MN - August 23, 2023
From the first day I joined this company, I knew I was somewhere special. The people, culture, facility, processes, management … 10/10. I finally feel like I can be myself at this company. It’s an amazing business that keeps folks at all levels aware of current market conditions, overall performance and future predictions. There is so much growth at this company. They care about you as a person and a professional. I can’t say enough good things about my employer. People retire here and that says a TON in todays job market. I love RbA!!!

At first was great
Marketing Representative (Former Employee) - Garner, NC - August 21, 2023
Really enjoyed the job here originally and found some great people. The atmosphere was friendly for the first few months and it really felt like family. After a while parts of management started to show true colors and became a less enjoyable experience.
Pros
Not sitting at a desk all day. Good pay
Cons
Short breaks. Exhausting work
