Compensation is pretty good for the job. Upper level has no idea what each other is doing. This provides confusion amount agents. There are some great managers that really care.

The managers here don’t give a rip about there employees.They. Change the rules by the hour, its all smoke and mirrors on how you get paid. Held on as long as I could.
