Good job for young person just starting out working you will learn team work and work in different location. Also learn who to work through different work conditions.

The best part I liked was the chances of moving up the corporate ladder. I was told that if I was motivated enough, that I could move up. And after 1 year, I did. I am making more at this job than any other job that I had in my life! There are perks that I never had before like my 401k investments, crypto currency investments, health benefits. I started at the bottom, worked hard, endured a lot of ignorance, ridicule, self doubt, questioning my own intelligence. But I got through it and persevered. I can only suggest that if you have a thick skin, don't let the dumb things bother you, then you can go places here.

Do yourself a favor, if you're considering rent a center. Ask yourself how much your life outside of work matters to you, if your answer is moderately or even slightly, look elsewhere

Just do your job and you’ll be good. Sales, collections, and deliveries. Off Sunday’s and holidays. Benefits offered. Pretty chill what can I say. Lol

Just something to get money from. Would not suggest to stay in this company long. Sometimes very unprofessional and do not care about your home life..
