They get sales when it’s easy and quick for them or when they steal them but otherwise if it involves searching for something or doing a new file they will find a reason to send the person out the door with nothing. I don’t have it in me, sales and people skills are in my blood. I understand you can’t sell to everyone but to directly talk them out of it what the heck. I have a few more days left here so I don’t want to list the name of which store it is but after I leave here I am more than willing because I want people to know. And I dont belîeve all the Rent A Centers are bad or like this one, I believe there is some really great store managers out there and that it is a good company for certain reasons.

Better pay, especially for asst. managers. who make about the same or less than some entry level full time employees. to stand behind their mission statement, which they definately dont. the work home balance is virtually nonexistant, i shouldnt have to fight to take a vaction day on my childs birthday when i work 10+ hours 5 days a week.
