Better pay, I feel like a lot of assistant managers don’t get paid enough. As well for the men who do the deliveries, they’re so focused on making the stores a franchise and profiting that they forget about the people who work for them. Their employers are the reason why the stores are still running, yet no recognition it’s sad to admit it but a lot of us have families who we don’t get to see because of our job. Benefits are great but then there’s a copay for every appointment. It’s unfair to be making 14-15 an hour while doing the labor that we do. From deliveries to verifying customers and filling. Rent a center isn’t a place to work if you have a family.

Better pay, especially for asst. managers. who make about the same or less than some entry level full time employees. to stand behind their mission statement, which they definately dont. the work home balance is virtually nonexistant, i shouldnt have to fight to take a vaction day on my childs birthday when i work 10+ hours 5 days a week.
