Lack of communication and accountability makes for stressful work environment
Client Service Advisor (Current Employee) –  Eden Prairie, MNJune 12, 2018
It seems rare throughout the work day when anyone working in client services will have an answer for tenants or owners at the time of the phone call. There is plenty of hands on training. However, new team members are given minimal resources prior to going live by themselves on the phone lines. It seems like one is almost "pulling teeth" when any attempt is made to get departments to work together. Petty bickering and in-fighting between departments is common. There are good people willing to help, it just seems that they are few and far between.
Pros
Free monthly lunches, pot lucks, cook outs. Free snacks daily
Cons
Good benefits are lacking. See above for other cons

Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZFebruary 9, 2018
Over all the job seems simple to just answer the phones and assist owners and tenants..... not the case. They do not train you enough to be able to answer most of the questions when you get a call. Then when you try to call another department to get answers no one answers their phone so you have to send an email to them and wait a day or two for a response. This is a newer company and they are trying to work on new processes but the turnover is so high with the company its hard for them to play catch up. Tenants and owners are upset when they call you and yell at you because they are always speaking to someone different and they are not getting the answers they need in a timely manner. If you can handle people yelling at you everyday on almost every call then this is the job for you. Management is super laid back and everyone is shooting nerf guns at each other, drive around on scooters, play put put and swear like truck drives this is a job for you.
Pros
good benefits
Cons
micromanagement, minimal training, high stress job with lots or angry customers yelling at you.

Property Inspector (Former Employee) –  St. Louis, MOOctober 24, 2017
Renters Warehouse would have been a great company to work for had the then property manager not been so focused on micro managing others. Lack of communication and other employees being kept out of the loop was a serious issue there.

Executive Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Falls Church, VASeptember 26, 2017
I was told that the job was part-time at first and would change to full-time after 4 months. The owner reevaluated the job and let me go, after I organized all her electronic data and paper files. I honestly don't think she ever had any intention of keeping me from the beginning.

The company overall is a good company to work for, but if you have other priorities it will be difficult to maintain them all. This job will take most of your time.

Constant change of management left employees always guessing as to what was to come. Overall, it was an ok position. The best part about it was the other leasing agents.

This job they claim is a job where you can make your own schedule however they want you to work around the clock and mainly weekends. They also make it near impossible to get a hold of anyone higher up when you reach out for help.

Property Manager/Leasing Agent (Current Employee) –  Brentwood, TNNovember 16, 2016
I've had the opportunity to add depth and breadth to my skill sets while working for a company that has grown very quickly during my tenure. Nashville's real estate market is booming and the growth with this company has shown me all aspects of property management and leasing in a rapid paced environment.

Maintenance Coordinator (Former Employee) –  ArizonaJuly 3, 2016
Working here was good at the beginning but a few months in you start to see the real culture of the company. It is not something that everyone will enjoy and the company is changing daily. With changes comes problems and stress that only a few people can handle.

Would i work here again. Probably not. There is that feeling that I will never grow within the company but stay at my current position. It was not something that I enjoyed.
Pros
Great intro to property management

Director of Colorado Leasing- Inside Sales (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJanuary 13, 2016
Typical work day would include taking anywhere from 15-20 inbound calls and making 20-30 outbound calls to prospective clients that are wanting to rent out their properties. Goals would include 12-15 new customers/clients. Learned more about the market for real estate. Overall it was an enjoyable company to work for.
Pros
No micromanagement.

Not enough coffee

I really did enjoy working for this company.I just wish that I had started working there when the Phoenix location was put together a little better. The management was not very good and in my opinion had no clue on how to run a business.
