Terrible place to work
Coordinator (Former Employee) –  New JerseyNovember 9, 2018
Human resource is completely racist. No room for growth. Not a great team environment. High turnover rates. Unable to accommodate staff for days off. Always short staff because everyone is constantly leaving the company.

Don't bother to apply
RN (Former Employee) –  Eatontown, NJMay 13, 2018
This was a very difficult place to work. Ethically it was very difficult to participate in "discarding" healthy embryos. It was also difficult working with certain populations that were catered to. Management is very difficult to work with, micromanagement is their speciality. Nursing colleagues were cut-throat, new people are not truly welcome. The salary was great but not worth your sanity. Save your time and mental/emotional health, don't bother to apply.
Pros
Good salary
Cons
Cut throat, unethical, micromanagers, stressful

Doctors are great, the best at what they do, but the upper management is disconnected and employee turnover is rediculous.

Lab Technician (Former Employee) –  Basking Ridge, NJFebruary 16, 2018
Management are biggest condescending, narcissistic, passive aggressive, rude , unprofessional lying tool bags I have ever encountered . No clear cut sense of direction in lab or proper training for new employees ; everyone has there own technique for doing things in the lab which ultimately causes conflict however they expect perfection . Do not trust management or get comfortable while working for them they will smile in your face and stab you in the back a second later . If you are not one of there favorites or kissing up to them whether it be in conversation or laughing at their bad jokes you will be deemed a target . This lab has a very low retention rate and these people are definitely the common denominators as to why .
Pros
Pay . Assisting in couples having babies
Cons
Egotistical narccastic rude management

The hardest part of the job is the people sometimes
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) –  Basking Ridge, NJJanuary 4, 2017
the most difficult part of the job is dealing with the frustration patients have going through the fertility process. Although this job has its perks of being exciting at times, dealing with the frustration of the patients can be difficult sometimes

Marketing - Program Development (Current Employee) –  Basking Ridge, NJDecember 20, 2016
The company lacks appropriate management and structure. There's no consistency with employee reviews, with a hold on compensation adjustment company-wide for over 6 years (including cost of living). Employees feel the low moral quickly.

the job is very satisfying because you're doing something great.
but the lab manager is the biggest tool who lacks any sort of human emotions or interactions.

financial advisor (Former Employee) –  Basking Ridge, NJNovember 12, 2015
Please do not work here. They do not care about or value their employees no matter what department you are in. They are only focused on money and could careless about anything else. Too much work with little pay and a horrific work atmosphere from the partners right down to your very own manager. Backstabbing, no communication whatsoever, and lies. Maybe they should invest in hiring managers that actually went to school to be managers and not people that fell into the position because of longevity or seniority.

Too Much Stress For Very Little Pay
Financial Manager (Former Employee) –  Basking Ridge, NJNovember 5, 2015
The only good thing about this place is you make SOME long lasting friendships with the coworkers and physicians. Management is quite old school so they don't want to adapt as quickly as possible. Also they play favorites. And if you're not their favorite, everything you do will be scrutinized. Be careful who you choose to trust because there is a lot of hypocrisy, backstabbing and lies. There is no annual raise, no work performance review. Their motto is "show up, do work, shutup and go home". And they do not care about your outside life. The work is a lot and you won't learn all in three months of training. Also there's no communication. Whenever you are taught one thing and you do it, they will say it's wrong and ask you why you did that. They just pile on the work and then when things hit the fan, you get blamed for it, even when you cautioned management about it. And the turnover rate is very high. There's a financial advisor/employee of RMA leaving about every two months. If you're just looking to make money for as a short term gig, I would advise it, but other than that, for the sake of your sanity DO NOT WORK HERE!
Pros
Coworkers- only some not all
Cons
Short break, overwhelmed with work, benefits suck, no raises, no communication between staff and departments

Financial Consultant (Former Employee) –  Basking Ridge NJOctober 21, 2015
While the company absolutely caters to their clientele, the staff in the back office is horrific. The lies, the backstabbing they do to their employees in the office is horrific. Minimal pay for too much micromanagment of older staff that are heartless and spew lies.

Good luck if you want to work there in their back office and keep your guard up!!!

Busy and productive work load
Financial Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Basking Ridge, NJJanuary 23, 2013
Start with reviewing my schedule for Financial phone consults for the day, review MD's schedule to prepare for in person consults, calling patients throughout the day, answering phone calls resolving payment, claim issues, processing credit card payments. Verifying insurance benefits. Review financial obligations for clearance with patients prior to starting a cycle. I learned how to prioritize my work load. management is overloaded with work and not able to assist as needed. The hardest part of the job is to review the cycle cost with patients that do not have any Infertility benefits and are not able to afford the treatment. The most enjoyable part of the job is when the patients cycles are successful. We have a great work team that help each other with a positive attitude.
