Maintenance wise, you get 10.5 hours of vacation and sick time accumulating every month. You can also borrow PTO which will cancel out accumulated PTO. Major downside, they don't include any of your premiums, position, or certification pay on PTO. So you're stuck with your base pay which literally cuts your check in half.

Maintenance wise, rarely. You do get a yearly raise of roughly $.75 But that's barely enough for what they expect you to do after just a year. The last big raise was 2 years ago. From what I heard, it took them 5 years to get it. And that's only because all the experienced people left and performance went down drastically.

Flight benefits. Everything else is substandard.

3 weeks vacation maximum, even if you've been with the company for decades. And no, they haven't even entertained the idea of changing that policy.
