Maintenance wise, you get 10.5 hours of vacation and sick time accumulating every month. You can also borrow PTO which will cancel out accumulated PTO. Major downside, they don't include any of your premiums, position, or certification pay on PTO. So you're stuck with your base pay which literally cuts your check in half.
One time a year
Vacation is awarded annually 10 days per year.

Lets be realistic! You have to bid your vacation which you will never see because your so far down in seniority. You can only call off to get days that you need!
For office staff, you get 2 weeks of vacation right away. You won't get a 3rd week until 7 years and then that's it.
Lots of travel opportunities, and if you dont' want/need to work, you can use the time to take vacations
