About a month. The recruiter reaches out to you, and conducts a phone interview. Then you go in for the actual interview if you pass the phone portion and the recruiter thinks you qualify. After the second interview you wait to hear the hiring decision from the recruiter you previously spoke with. If hired you have to do the drug test and fill out the background check information. Once that comes in, which can take up to 2 weeks, you are given a start date. They have new training classes starting on every other Monday, so depending on what day everything comes in you could wait a few day, to two full weeks before you actually start.

I got through at Republic Bank on my second attempt in 2007, application done via postal mail. I applied in 2005 but was not successful. In 2007 I applied in the month of May and received a telephone call from the Bank at the end of the same month asking me to go in to do a paper test. I received another call a few days later asking me to go in for an interview. A few days there was another all where I was informed that I was a successful at the interview however, I needed to complete a medical examination (all charges covered by the bank). When this was over the Bank called again asking me when I can start working with them and I disclosed a date. The entire recruitment process took about three weeks to a month.
