Called by recruiter to schedule I review on Tuesday. Received interview and it was scheduled for 0830 Wednesday. Interviewed with Terminal Manager and was told I would be called for a ride along interview if they decided to move forward in the process. I was called that afternoon for ride along interview. After completion of ride alo g and meeting with the top 2 bosses, I was given a Contingent offer of employment based on final approval. once that is done, I need to complete a background, mvr, credit check etc. I was told I would hear something Friday but nothing yet on final approval. Very positive interview, and I feel like a kid at Christmas waiting.

Area dependant..but in my zone for the area its the best pay you can make outside of high college degree lvl jobs, or federal jobs...also depends on route tonage incentive. you get a day rate, or you get incentive, if the incentive is greater than the day rate you get that...for example your rate is 160USD a day..if you incentive is 160.01 or 200 or more you get that instead... If you are a swing driver, someone who drives whatever is needed for day, commercial, industrail, residental, then you get a flat rate of 250.00 a day in my area...thats 6k a month pre-tax and anything else you have come out. but you still get their Chinese overtime....which is day rate, divided by hours worked that week, to show your base hourly for week, then half that is the over time..i normally bring home 1000USD to 1100 USD a week..been working there 7 months now...i had 7 years previous experience.

Used to love it always there no matter if I was sick I did my best to make sure the customer was happy and satisfied and I went above and beyond for my coustomers that day I was always happy at work always had a smile on my face and nothing could take it away until this supervisor took over for my old supervisor when he went to another job now I'm always stressed out lost my passion and motivation for my job and I can't wait to leave work because of her I feel like I'm going to have a stroke or heart attack because of her I do my best to avoid her where I don't feel like this but it's impossible I do anything I can for my co-workers and even now I could have the best day ever and as soon as I hear her voice I feel like I got robbed of my joy
