After 11 years there I was targeted by human resources and supervisor after a small injury. They accused me of lying about the injury and then accused me of not working up to standards . I was terminated shortly after that.
Management is uneducated and dishonest at best and they seem to support negativity in the work place. They do little to help employees succeed and they are known to start rumors from the top down.
I applied in October and got a phone call and phone interview that day, had a face to face interview 2days later. They said they would call me for a ride along and never did. I applied again and got a phone call two months later, again a phone interview and face to face interview with the manager along with another man. They said they would call me again for a ride along and have not. I've call the recruiter several times and he has not responded. The interviews went good, I feel like all they did was just brought my Hope's up just to stomp on them and laugh.
Set clear goals by area and hold people accountable. Strategic business case estimates and assumptions look pretty on paper but they're not translated easily to employees who are trying to understand what role they play in the bigger picture. Senior Management, step up, roll your sleeves up on spend time with corporate employees and not just the field. Once a quarter at a town hall is just for a show, make it a priority.
