There is little to no training at all. The orientation is a joke, watching a movie about the company and than taking a written test, which the Staff provides you with the answers and thats all you get as a Caregiver. No training on turning clients in bed, transfer from bed to wheelchair or Hoya lift at all.

The pay here is very little for the amount of work you have to do... I love the clients but I have 25 years of experience give me my Sundays off so I continue being who my clients enjoy be being and that all comes from Jesus! I have a year lease so I will make the most of it and go back to Tampa.
