Im unsure why pay is so low when DSP have a lot of responsibilities your basic adl's head of the household and all the behaviors that the DCP are dealing with let alone daily activities shopping this job should be paid no less than $12 an hour to $15 an hour with CNA certification and other certifications it should be at least $15 an hour we are working with the mentally challenged this is more difficult than your average individual
