Great company
EMT-Basic (Former Employee) –  Paramount, CAJanuary 26, 2019
Rescue one is a small growing IFT company. This is the place to get all of your IFT skills; airway management, report writing, patient-hands on experience. Great managers. Flexible hours. I really enjoyed being part of great work environment.
Pros
Flexible hours

An Unreliable Company to Work For
Emergency Medical Technician (Current Employee) –  Paramount, CAAugust 7, 2018
This job offers no raises, the dispatch is indecisive about schedules. For example, way too many times, they scheduled me for 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and without a 24 hour notice, nor a phone call, my schedule was shiftted to 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. The CEO is very unprofessional along with his dispatch staff.

Fun first Company
EMT (Current Employee) –  Paramount, CASeptember 19, 2017
Its fun, everyone for the most part gets along. Good way to get into the EMs career or even just a job in the meantime while going to school. Management is very relaxed and don't micro-manage.
Pros
snacks and fruit, works with school schedule
Cons
pays on the lower end

Basic ambulance inter-facility transport company in Los Angeles County. It's been around for a few years now. Pay is at the minimum wage level since the recent California increase.

Management has some really strong team players, and some really weak ones.
Emergency Medical Technician (Current Employee) –  Paramount, CADecember 2, 2016
It can be an amazing job like most EMS companies but a bad partner can make a shift harder. There are some people in upper management that do not have a clue what they are doing and it shows sometimes. Overall i do really enjoy working here.
Pros
Free fruit before shift
Cons
Sometimes they cancel your shift.
