It used to be better, but still a decent place to work
Client Services Manager (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXMay 9, 2018
The once great and rising e-Rewards went through so many changes over the last 10+ years. The core of what was an incredible leadership team and culture is all but gone. This is still a leader in the industry and can be a great stepping stone for young self-starters looking to learn and advance.

Enjoyable people and great work-life balance, but work was often repetitive and lacked much creativity. Great perks within the office for employees to take advantage of.

Research now is a great place to work if you arent a contractor.
Project Manager, Operations (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXJanuary 8, 2018
Was surprised by being let go.
Loved loved loved the people i worked with, wish i could have stayed.
Learned never to trust a contract job, and how to multitask a lot.
hardest part is the multitasking.
most enjoyable part is the people.

Good introductory job. Not much opportunity for advancement
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXNovember 15, 2017
Ever shifting culture and management makes it challenging to meet expectations. There's someone new every couple of months and it starts to get stressful. On top of that, there isn't much room for advancement and management doesn't last long. It is however, a great first job.
Pros
food, events, holiday parties
Cons
stress, no upward movement

Not Much To Say
Employee (Current Employee) –  Plano, TXAugust 28, 2017
I don't have a lot to say about the company. The people are their best asset as everyone is friendly and genuine and I appreciated that most of all. The leadership left a lot to be desired.
Pros
the people (your coworkers)

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXAugust 4, 2017
The company grew very quickly and rapidly then was faced with multiple competitors entering the market. I loved it here - simply loved it - but very deep cuts began and learning was the first to go. It is a good company but not a strong commitment to my profession - employee development.
Pros
Interesting industry, good people, great culture
Cons
Lack of commitment to employee development

Fun company to work at
Manager (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXJuly 7, 2017
This company believes strongly in work/life balance and there is availability to work from home. There is no probation periods and health benefits start on the first day of employment. There are opportunities to give back to the community and participate in volunteer work. The new employee orientations are informative, fun, and interactive. Holidays are celebrated and there are other events that take place throughout the year that are fun.
Pros
Great work/life balance, fun onboarding/new hire orientation, happy hours, reliable co workers
Cons
PTO amount, constant restructuring within different departments

Great Place!
Employee (Current Employee) –  Plano, TXJune 15, 2017
Great place to work! Super fun culture. RN does a lot of team events & happy hours, onsite massages, daily restaurant pop-ups, great location (Shops at Legacy), healthy work-life balance, work hard - play hard motto, free alcohol, casual environment. They have a lot of unique, fun perks!

It's a VERY fast-pace environment. You must be able to multi-task & keep up.
Pros
onsite massages, wellness programs, happy hours, casual environment, growth opportunities
Cons
PTO amount (it's just alright, not terrible)

Everyday is pretty fast paced. There were a lot of changes within the company for the past year and a half or so. The culture is fun if you work at the headquarter office.

Was once great, not any more.
anonymous (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJanuary 30, 2017
The company was once a great and fantastic place to work. The culture was fantastic and as an employee you felt as though you mattered. The company inspired you to deliver excellence, and they would have your back. However, lately or within the last approximate 2 years the company has taken a journey towards the worst. They destroyed the company culture, removed all forms of loyalty and inspiration. There is no longer a sense of employee empowerment. The company now actively seeks to make their employees feel as though they are only there to collect a paycheck. Where RN once had employees who would work late on their own, because they wanted to provide the best to a great organization, they now simply clock in and clock out. Most are seeking to leave the company.
Pros
The people you work with.
Cons
Something went wrong with management.

High growth company with many perks
Senior Manager (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXJanuary 12, 2017
RN has the strong leadership and vision to grow the company in the market research data collection space. I enjoyed 12 years there with many perks such as corporate discounts and wellness programs. I learned a great deal from many high intellectually smart individuals who value a strong team culture.

Nice place to work but lack of communication with mgt
Sr. Accountant (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXNovember 14, 2016
The workplace is a great place to gain experience. They provide free sodas and free fruit through out the week. There are meetings where there is beer and other drinks if you're into that. You can dress in shorts and flip flops if you want. Very laid back however you can not wear warmups during winter.
During June you can go and help out and volunteer our community in RN Gives Back. There are several local charities such as Operation Kindness, Ronald McDonald House and Big Brother and Big Sisters just to name a few to volunteer if you want. Not obligatory.
Pros
Fun environment
Cons
Little or no communication with management on how your'e doing

Be careful in what you share
Manager, Client Development (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXJuly 11, 2016
As a sales person, they like to take your rolodex then lay you off.

They have one of the biggest panels in the world. Many changes within this company which seems to be the culture there. They have let go many people in the last few years.

Company too big for itself. Many folks have no idea what they are doing in higher positions. Cant even explain it to their own department.

Company culture isn't the same
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXMarch 7, 2016
This was an awesome company my first few years here. The internal restructuring has caused a complete change in the culture here. Hopefully they'll get back on track once everything calms down.
