Work & Life Balance

Property Coordinator in Arlington, VA

Good Company
It's a good company with great diversity, culture, and benefits. Also, I have a great work/life balance. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Front Desk Agent in Houston, TX

A good place to learn and grow within hospitality. Lack of work and life balance, hardly have any days off, always working around the clock. Great employers and managers to work with.
Maintenance (PAC) Custodian in Waite Park, MN
on June 4, 2021
The management is completely poor in all levals general manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Executive House Keeper all have poor management they do not order name bages for new employees when everyone eles has one in a timely manner, they set the work schedule at home and text you your schedule and only do the schedule ever week so you can never properly set your own personal life schedule because you never know when you are going to work, things can be out of order where nothing is in the same spot or place at all you barley have time to take your break, they don't care about the use of cell phones while at work. they have poor training for new employees you get really no training at all. you get a check list they show you where everything is at and that's the end and extent of your training. PAC / Custodian is under paid for average pay of Custodians they pay them at house keeping pay instead of what you should be getting paid.
Manager in Portland, ME
on June 4, 2021
Now that they have their new management company, things went downhill very fast. The employee doesn't seem to matter at all. One of the ONLY jobs I have heard of in Maine that actually refused to compensate their employees if you caught Covid-19 at work. They found a loop hole to avoid paying their employees that got sick while working under their employ. My recommendation is look elsewhere!!
Laundry Attendant in Roseville, CA
on June 3, 2021
Been working for company off and on for approximately 5 years. Staff is friendly. I'm offered flexible schedule due to my health. I enjoy meeting new people that come to hotel. I sympathize with those who come to the hotel due to a tragedy in their life. It is important to me as a member of the hotel staff to make these people feel welcomed and comfortable.
