Unsteady low paying job for the amount of workload
Written by Restaurant Server (Former Employee) from Welches, OR on April 25, 2018
If you're looking for a bipolar workplace that loads the work hours despite being "part-time" and Is unfair with its wages, this is the place. New hires come and go as management expects employees to complete many tasks, throughout various positions. Full time is hardly given as it's very dificult to receive any additional benefits, jobs are seasonal, - more ... and no overtime is aloud. They are consistently understaffed, it is difficult to clear any concerns through the HR department, and they lack an understanding of organization. - less
ProsFree coffee and great friends/family discounts on rooms
ConsBreaks are not enforced, long work hours, no overtime, minimum wage, understaffed, unorganized, unfair work conditions
