Managers try to support the teams. The have a hard time doing it d/y being short staffed and putting stress on all of their employees. The teamwork there is not the greatest and the communication within the company is poor in that things are changes and things are very unorganized. Job description is not complete.

Horrible mgmt. The kids ran the center. No real support for the case managers. Kids were not protected from each other and fought physically daily! Bad experience!

I enjoyed this job because I got to work with kiddos. Management could be more supportive and helpful with staff. A few supervisors were great but they ended up leaving. It would be a great place to work if there was better support and communication.

I was let go for having been off work for too long having covid and unable to return to work due to complications of having covid I acquired covid at the workplace. This job wears on you its not the kids that make the job so hard it's the no appreciate from upper management. You work very long hours lots of 16 hr shifts and its mostly mandated if they don't have enough people you gotta stay. Be prepared for lots of TCI holds possible injuries and riots there was at least 5 while I was there. Staff get jumped by residents constantly. I dont see how this place is still up and running.

I completely enjoy my job within the company. There is a great team of employees that I get to work with everyday, which make the work days go smoother. It's rewarding knowing that we are helping these young individuals become successful adults.
