Decent job, not a career
It’s more of a stepping stone in your career than an actually career. Management is very tight knit and favoritism is shown. I definitely got my bearings of recruiting from there, but have felt better utilized since leaving. We had some great clients and employees, but overall the culture was very high schoolish. Lots of gossiping, drama, and occasional crying.

They post fake jobs to lure you in
They post fake jobs to lure you in. They will post one job with really good pay but once you come in, they tell you that job is no longer available and offer you jobs that pay 5-6 dollars less per hour. A month later the job that is not available is still getting reposted.

One of the best jobs I've ever had
Personally, I love what I do. It's what I went to school and got degrees to do. Wish I could end the contract though and get hired on full time but it seems nobody has a definitive answer as to how long I have to work through resources contract for.
