The culture seems collegial at first - upper management touts the organizational values but neglects to say they're rarely followed. After you've been at the job awhile you discover that upper management is clueless, the programs are left to fend for themselves, and rocking the boat is not looked up favorably.
FPCN Supervisors without any idea how to manage people. Dysfunctional. Disorganized. Outdated support systems.
