Terrible coworkers and hours very exclusive inconsistent and rude. They talked about politics more than their job and were very judgmental. Hard environment to work in

It's a good experience for up and coming technicians. Take pride in your craft and learn all you can from the ones ahead of you. .
RT1 can be everything you've wanted. You have to know what you want, though. There are times when you may experience a lapse in service. Don't be discouraged. Generate work orders by meeting with potential clients and providing a top-notch service.

Worst work experience I've ever had.
Management was incredibly unprofessional. They consistently cut corners that put employees' safety at risk. This contributed to their high turn over rate.

Disconnected Departments, Low Morale
Morale was consistently low and it made Response Team 1 a tough place to work. Technicians clashed with office, sales did not value office staff or techs, project managers are inefficient and do not value any other team members.

Horrible management and bay pay. Overpriced insurance. Bad human resources.
Place was the worst most stressful place I ever worked. I worked over 70 hours a week and was constantly having to due work related stuff off the clock. Pay was very low. Left because I ended up having a heart attack as a healthy 28 year old. Enough said.

The management team is not organized. The company needs more structure. There is no room for growth. They expect a lot out of you but do not want to reward you for what you give to them. Management does not show their appreciation for the employees

Poor Management.

While some team members were amazing, both manager an project coordinator on site were incapable of recognizing and inspiring strong work habits within.


Instead of inspiring team members to continue potential growth in their roles, the often "covered" for their mistakes but blaming others.


Backstabbing is a sport along with favoritism (allowing company resources such as vehicles being used for personal purposes, travel, personal cargo, football games out of state, etc., shame!).


Otherwise, a potential good place to work.

Plenty of opportunity for advancement - but you will need to put in the time. With being a large company there are always jobs open in different cities. You can be transferred if desired and they are willing to pay all/some of the moving costs.

Incredibly stressful but tons of hours
Management sucked, never answered phone, ran whole warehouse into the ground. They have a buddy system where outsiders are not treated equally. The two most enjoyable times are pay days and when you finally leave the company. Don't work here unless you don't have any other options!

It was a good place to work until they decide when people quit they dont replace them so just creates more stress on the tech no room for advancement jeff booth the manager wont say a word to you and is the worst manager ive ever had dosnt have a clue about management

very unorganized but cool workers , they do need to improve the salary because the job isn’t so easy. we bearly get any hours but when we do it’s a lot!
