Awful, demeaning, toxic. Rules aren't the same for all. The wrong people hold executive positions. If they have any experience in education at all (most don't) it's from the private sector. They like to interpret the education code as it benefits them. They talk a good talk, but it's all a facade. They claim "nonprofit" but they have a separate company that attempts to write the worst curriculum I have ever seen in my 20 years. They then sell the curriculum to their schools for a profit. Nepotism is everywhere within the organization. Hypocrisy at its finest. They claim to promote family and values, but in all honesty they could care less about you or your family. I was literally told by a supervisor, "I don't care about you or your family. They aren't important." They will use you for whatever they need, then dump all over you. Seriously, stay away.

There are 5 total days per year then your pay is docked. One week of the flu and you are out of days for the year. Ridiculous.
