Rest Haven is so much more than a place to work. You can tell from the moment you step foot in the building that staff on all different levels truly care for the residents. Good place to learn

This was my first job as an aide. They have good staff ratios (generally, but they ebb and flow). I am a student and they do their best to accommodate schedule changes as long as you give them good enough notice. I definitely recommend this place. The residents are friendly and I feel that I have the time to provide high quality care.

Wonderful Company Culture

Very compassionate team and leadership. Staff work very hard to provide excellent care to residents. They try very hard to take care of their employees. The residents are amazing and a joy to work with. It's a very rewarding place to work overall.

Family-like Atmosphere

Rest Haven is a place where people (residents, families and coworkers) get to know each other well and work closely with one another. This has both advantages and disadvantages but makes it comfortable enough to feel like home.

Nice workplace

Understaffed quite often, leadership doesn't always follow through with changes. The residents are very friendly, faith ordinate. Typical eight hour days, often allowed to pick up extra shifts if over time is okay.
