There is a lot of turn over in the CT Department. This has been an issue for many years. Management/HR is also an issue when it comes to interference with allowing employee's enough autonomy to perform their job to the best of their abilities. Directors, Assistant Directors, and Lead Techs tend to Micromanage their staff.
Weekends were awesome, weekdays were another story

I loved working there but the management buries their head on issues until it’s too late. They pretend like it will fix itself, when it never does. They implemented call even for PRN tech and didn’t make it a fair call schedule and required PRN’s with another full time job to take call also
short staffed most of the time and management that is all talk no action about improving the situation

worked there over 12 years, and it went from being a great job to a job that was nothing by stress and frustration, started the 12 years with lunch breaks and good staffing,no call shifts; ended with few lunch breaks, mandatory call, no back up
