Cultlike, super high turnover, always understaffed, underpaid, horrible management that never applies their own ‘values’, and if u don’t drink the kool-aid (daily) during staff meetings (fake it) u will be needing to look for a new job. They look for ways to make u quit...and do not appreciate actual talent, nor will real talent actually stay...
