Compensate and reward performance based on a clear view of expectations rather than preceived expectations.
Promote from within in ALL positions. Not just PT's that come out of the Cool Springs Clinic. Pay attention to Clinicians needs to slow down turn over rate + Prevent burnout. Treat your PTA's like actual clinicians and not janitors / techs.
Fire everyone in the higher positions and add a new crew.
They are going down a path to be sold. They do not grow from within their corporation unless you are from their brainwashed Tennessee folks, or you are a new grad and they can brainwash you. They continually market to primary care MDs because they can get away with those MDs thinking that they do give world class PT, but it is a lie. I've never seen a worse run company from the top.
The company's expectations and compensation do not match up.
Show employees respect so they won't burn out.
