The working hours vary from position to position and for drivers, from route to route. Sometimes the hours are long, but we certainly make our best effort to ensure we minimize delays and inefficiencies so the day goes as smoothly as possible. We are not always successful and as with every company, sometimes the customer or the weather or some other factor we cannot control, throws us a curveball. We strive to hire employees who are flexible with change and understand that our industry is a very unpredictable one! We do our best to ensure that the long days pay off.
You must work overtime at this plant every day and when equipment breags the delays get made up on weekends so don't expect any family time anymore you work 12 to 14 hour shifts with no lunch breaks or 15 breaks...
