Have a probation period when metrics drop for people to improve them. I am reading alot about workers suddenly being dropped for a drop in metrics with little to no warning or option for improvement.

Not worth the trouble. Don't waste your time. If you are a professional you can find something better and if your new at transcribing they won't give you a chance. Lots of work for pennies and no real training.

They need to stop grading people so poorly for just making a couple of errors. Just a few days ago, I did a project. I proofread it before submitting it, and I got a low score. It was a 2/5 when I deserved 4/5. I disputed the grade and told them that I deserve a better grade. To be honest, the graders can be unfair at times. They shouldn’t just find automatic faults in a employees work. I’m not saying we employees don’t make errors, but after having the guts to work on a difficult audio graders should not grade us poorly just for the amount of errors.
