Brand Strategist in Granville, OH

They have a great culture and strong leadership. The execs are very inclusive to all staff. Management really puts an effort in to help and advance employees. Pay is less than what it should be, but they do have a bonus program.

As a consultant (sales) there is never a feeling of accomplishment, nor of being paid for all the work put into the job. If you boil down pay per hour invested, it averages $1/hour. I loved helping clients and gaining knowledge of digital marketing. However, there is no flexibility nor personalization for what businesses really need. Felt I was letting my clients down.

Enjoyed my time here. Great environment, great entry pay incentives for completing tasks in the field, and nice commissions. Working outside in the heat is hard some months but overall my work was very fullfilling

This is a door to door/cold call sales role, if you're okay with that then this role is for you. They say you can make x amount of money in your first year, however, pay is very low, appointment setting pay decreases month over month, and you'll have accounts who want to cancel. You'll always be climbing an uphill battle trying to get the pay you desire. Management are there for a long time due to high turnover rate. They just take over people's accounts so it's a win for them. If you get a territory that had a previous rep, you will not be handed any accounts.

Reps are designated a specific territory. If your territory sucks, too bad. Great sales support for the most part. The ramp up training pay is great, but once it’s gone, it’s gone! The residual pay is only for the 1st 3 months of the account. Most companies pay out residuals for the life of the account.
