Empowering positive environment

Co-workers are kind, supportive, and helpful. Management seeks out advice from staff in all departments. It is very much a teamwork environment where every position and person is valued. The company is run with integrity in how it treats customers and employees. In order to operate with integrity, there needs to be a system of accountability and respect for management which Revolution does have. There is an atmosphere and expectation of doing today better than yesterday.

Horrible

I worked here for a month and man oh man it was crazy! I never worked for a company who was unprofessional the (CSR) reps would put the customers on mute just to say something negative about the customer! While I was in training I was shocked couldn’t believe what I was hearing. They swear so much while complaining about the calls their getting and management allows it. The pay is very sketchy your supposed to be paid on the 1st and the 15th but they tell you 3 businesses days afterwards. Stay far away
