Technical Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLJune 11, 2018
This is the place to be if you are just getting out of college looking for a job. You receive the tools and training you need to get your career started in recruiting. However, on the few will end up making real money here.

Customer Relations Representative (Call Center) (Former Employee) –  Cranford, NJApril 18, 2018
Laidback atmosphere, where you are not being micromanaged. Typical office environment, where the hours were flexible, nothing to complain about, the travel was tough at times.

This is a placement company
Purchasing Analyst (Former Employee) –  Lexington, KYFebruary 1, 2018
You don't really work for RevTech, they place you in a company. They don't offer vacation or much in the way of benefits. I always got paid on time though and they did come into the company for food days every once in a while.

Scheduler/Planner (Current Employee) –  Horicon, WIJanuary 31, 2018
Limited amount that could be done for advancement, due to contract restrictions. Staff at Revolution Technologies were helpful and courteous and were fairly prompt to respond to questions.

Aerotek for the suntanned
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  AnyWhere USAJanuary 19, 2018
This is a CLASSIC and I MEAN CLASSIC body shop. Aerotek for the suntanned The rules are clear for a body shop recruiter. You get six months on a draw or base and if you get placements you stick around. If you do not, you get third prize. Third prize is ya fired.
I quote Baldwin from Glengarry Glen Ross because This place is right out of the 1990s. They stay afloat because of a few well-oiled Chimes contracts and IDIQ's from federal contractors. If you are a Recruiter from a MAJOR metro area like Manhattan, Los Angeles,Boston, and have cut your teeth already, and were mentored by good elders (Not this owner), and learned too fly then you know the deal. Use them as much as they use you. For every sub, email youself the resume. For every search, email yourself the returns. Always be building for the exit day. Do what is required to get splits and be mindful of the database and ownerships. Lots of long in the tooth folks playing with splits. Just don't even bother to clash over it. Just let it go.
NO SUPPORT. It Takes Cash to earn cash and this firm doesn’t deal. The only within the last few years started to pay attention to their own website. That should have been taken care of like, in 2001.
You are better off going 1099 and doing perm placement then wasting time with RevTech.
Remember. A staffing firm is nothing more than a millionaire’s toy. And that is not just Revolution, that is all of them. Once a firm can start clearing after paying for insurance to play in the contracting world, the money is all but assured. You have to be a really special kind of stupid to screw
more... up the financials as the owner of a staffing firm.  less

Call Center Recruiting
Senior Recruiter (Current Employee) –  Melbourne, FLJanuary 5, 2018
You are working on positions that do not have direct manager contact that also have 70+ other recruiting firms working on the same roles. It is literally like throwing spaghetti at a wall and hoping something sticks. No feedback is given about your performance and you are put on 30 days without warning. Once you are on the 30 days notice there is no extra training or communication from management, you just get to come into work worrying if you are performing to their overwhelming standards. There is an extremely high turnover rate and they are always hiring for recruiters for this reason and this causes low morale in the office and it definitely shows in the office environment.

Would never recommend working for this company.

Contract/Temp Agency
Imaging Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Waterloo, IADecember 20, 2017
Revolution Technologies is a placement agency based in Florida. They do have benefits available, but I found the price to be high. You can take a pay cut to get paid time off, but I did not find the return to be worth the pay reduction.

Productive environment with high sales expectations
Sr. Technical Recruiter (Current Employee) –  Melbourne, FLOctober 16, 2017
Good place to work for entry to mid-level recruiters but not the best place for advancement. The culture will shift based on the business needs and will be stressful at times. The management team does not relate well to their employees and the senior management it out of touch with their employees and do not seem engaged at all.

Contingent Employee
Contingent employee (Former Employee) –  Melbourne, FLJune 27, 2017
my work day extended to office and out-of-office time. I spent a great deal of my assignment working with new construction projects and assisting my managers with travel duties. I also experience the ability to event plan. The environment was always pleasant and professional. I found the most challenge with the new construction project trying to juggle the wishes of over 16 groups of engineers and workers.
Pros
work at home accomodation as necessary
Cons
Distance via interstate travel

Lead Printer Tech (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXDecember 1, 2016
They have bent over backwards to help me land this job at Parkland. They are easy to work with. I work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Management lessons to it's employees. Most enjoyable part is the satisfaction of a happy end user.

Great people, less than solid accounts
Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote) (Current Employee) –  Portland, ORAugust 18, 2016
I've been recruiting for a few years now and this company had the least IT related roles. Came in as a Tech Recruiter and was made to work countless receptionist and admin type roles.

Good people, less than great execution of IT recruiting.
