Decent place to work, great job security
Solid place to work. You'll have a job forever if you can do an even halfway good job without breaking any rules. Can be monotonous at times, but can be rewarding if you set your own goals and are committed to learning as much as possible

Ok work place
On boarding process was not good. Can improve there team support.NO proper training on their products Overall its ok to work with that organization
Too many company mergers and not enough integration
The day I was let go was one of the happiest days of my life. My manager lied and championed applications that could not work to integrate all of the homegrown apps and other applications. I made a determination about which app would work. After I was let go, they eventually did just as I suggested.Upper management is clueless and their technology was outdated.

They sold the company to Aderant
Was very nice company. But after the acquisition my role became redundant. So I was forced to leave. However, they did give me a generous severance package.
Patient Engagement Consultant in Remote
Flexible work enviornment
The team here is amazing. I feel supported always especially when it comes to my managers, and trainers. I've been here on contract to hire for about a month, and everyone has been so helpful. Not only does upper management, and my coworkers answer my questions promptly and kindly they are also great people. I've had several meaningful conversation about non work related things as well with these people. I feel like I'm working with other humans not cranky people who just want to get paid and leave. From day one the kindness, and feeling of connection has been strong. They also train to make sure I understand everything before they throw me into the fire which is a great because I have major anxiety about starting a new job. The hours are great, the people are great, the work keeps you busy until the end of the day, and I'm glad I took this leap to work for this company.
