I have worked at Rewards Dental since 6 months now. My manager is super nice. I was provided training for a good period of time. Even then when I used to make mistakes they were patient with me. I really like that.

Clinic is disorganized and messy and turnover is unfortunately high so there is a constant need to train new front desk and assistants. When everyone is well trained and up to speed, there is a chance at decent production and work culture
