An okay starting place
Dentist (Current Employee) - Burien, WA - August 11, 2023
Clinic is disorganized and messy and turnover is unfortunately high so there is a constant need to train new front desk and assistants. When everyone is well trained and up to speed, there is a chance at decent production and work culture

Terrible place to work
Receptionist (Former Employee) - Tacoma, WA - March 30, 2023
Avoid working here at all cost. The owner are not professional and will just watch you in the cameras all day. Don't think about even calling out sick because that means your taking a vacation. The owners don't care about their workers only about money and what benefits them. They don't want you to become close with your coworkers or become friends. The owners say that they should be your only friends. They create there own drama within clinics because they compare your work to all the other staff and talk down on you to others, instead of talking to you individually and how you can improve. Just save yourself the stress.

Terrible!!! Avoid this company at all cost
Dental Receptionist (Former Employee) - Burien, WA - May 16, 2022
This has been the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Absolutely no opportunity for advancement. Staff is not well trained, leading to high turnover rate. The owners micromanage to the extreme, they sit at home watching you through the cameras and call every hour to make sure you are not talking to any employee. They do not want you to be friends with any of your coworkers. They treat you like garbage. Good luck asking for ANY days off, especially Saturdays. Even when asking 2 months in advance they will deny you. Employees quit every month, and management truly doesn't believe they are doing anything wrong. Communication between front desk and Doctors is awful due to the owners constantly telling front desk one thing and doctors something else. No value to any employee. No work-life balance. Management is rude. Avoid at all cost.

Love it here
Dentist (Current Employee) - Redmond, WA - June 9, 2021
Clinic is well organized and staff is well trained. As a dentist I can choose the treatment that's best for the patient without worrying about insurance. The dentist can spend more time on patient care since staff takes care of booking patients, explaining treatment to patients and managing day to day operations. I like working in this clinic and don't plan to move.

I would give 10 star if I could
Dental Receptionist (Current Employee) - Redmond, WA - May 26, 2021
My mom was in pain and Rewards Dental was one of the few dental clinics that was open on Saturday. They fixed my mom's teeth immediately and I cried in front of everyone. I had then decided to join this clinic and serve the community. So far its been a very good experience working at Rewards Dental. People are kind here.
Pros
Full benefits that includes health insurance, 401k, Fsa, Paid Time Off

Completed 5 years
Dental Receptionist (Current Employee) - Burien, WA - May 18, 2021
I have successfully completed 5 years at Rewards Dental. Honestly the company pays well but does expect you to put 100% at work. So not everyone will like this place. But most employees stay for a long time and we are now part of the family. Even patients love our clinic since all of us are cheerful and try to give our best.
Pros
Good pay, good environment
Cons
They are open till 6:30pm
