Stay away
Driver (Former Employee) –  IllinoisMarch 16, 2019
Not a good place to work . No career advancement opportunities. Benefits are awful and not cheap . Managers are a joke . Expect you to stay out all day and not bring a single item back , no matter how far outta the way it is . Routing is a joke , often have 2 guys on the same block delivering. Supervisor is too busy trying to screw the drivers out of the benefits they deserve. Drivers are treated poorly and not paid what they are worth. Say they preach safety but that’s a joke. If you get hurt they make sure to make it out to be your fault no matter what happens then sit you in the warehouse all day instead of being home resting .
Pros
Drivers are a good group

Terrible company
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Pompano Beach, FLMarch 11, 2019
I was employed with this company for years received a random pay cut weeks before holiday season starting pay was $13 pay cut to $9. Management does not respect employees or their personal time. No structure, false promises, very short on staff. Managers will show favoritism to employees and provoke others they dislike. I wouldn’t recommend this job to a homeless man on the street. New employees are treated like rookies in the nfl older employees feel they are obligated for better treatment.

Marketing & Special Events Intern (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCJanuary 22, 2019
I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Reyes Beverage Group. There's plenty of perks that come with working at a distribution company, but I admired the people the most. Everyone communicates and works collaboratively to get tasks done.

It's a paycheck
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLOctober 19, 2018
As a merchandiser you'll be paid per day with what guys in the world lovingly refer to as "Chinese" overtime, meaning you won't be compensated at time and a half for working more than 8 hours a shift, during the recruitment process they'll tell you "every now and again" you'll have a long day, EVERY DAY is a 10 hour day which works out to about $10-$11 an hour, minus the gas you'll have to pay for up front before you get paid. Anyone with ANY on the job experience regardless of industry will see this place for what it is right away, no wonder their turn over is so high.
Pros
Free work boots
Cons
Lame pay, expected to work every weekend, every holiday, ZERO over time but expected to work 50+ hour week

Good opportunities to make more money but hard work
Night Selector (Current Employee) –  Washington, DCOctober 4, 2018
Working the night shift picking last 2 years. Pay is good but not a lot of overtime. They believe in life balance but I still average about $21 an hour. I'm now working on getting to my Class A so I can drive. Some of the delivery drivers makes as much as $100,000 with a helper. They are working with me to get my licenses. If you work hard it is a good company and you can come up quick. If you try and just get by you will probably get fired. They have high expectation and a lot of rules. But they do a lot of things for the guys and you get free beer on holidays.
Pros

Employee (Current Employee) –  Summerville, SCAugust 17, 2018
We work hard at Reyes Beverage Group, but the company takes really good care of us (compensation, benefits, fun environment, free beer, company events). They have a culture focused on training and development and many people have moved their way through the ranks into management.
Pros
good pay, free beer, Best Place to Work

Worst Management
Accountant (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLJuly 22, 2018
I have never seen a place where improvisation is part of their culture. Management without proper experience. the controller in RBG is a person that can stand her own ego; she doesn't even know how to do a staff accountant job. horrible individual.

If your not a hard worker , don’t apply . Long days with little pay
Delivery driver (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLJuly 11, 2018
You have long 11+ hour days as a driver . You throw beer all day and have to fill the shelves in all the stores . It’s a hard working job . But after some time your lower back will start to give out , and your body will eventually call it quits like most of the drivers did . Maybe if they paid there drivers more money they would probly consider staying. But to make 50-60k a year and do this job , the pay is not worth it , and the stress you put on your body is not worth it at all . This use to be the place to come and work. But the pay , and stress is not worth it.
Pros
Monday -Friday
Cons
Low salary pay, stress on the body, long hours .

There has been multiple people promoted from the team since I started. Monthly meetings to recognize employees. Been to some cool events too.

Good pay, poor benefits, stressful enviroment.
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Sylmar, CADecember 10, 2017
This company is a last resort. The pay is good but there is no work/life balance and too much work. You have to work every weekend and every holiday no matter what. There is little oppurtunity for advancement, only the managements favorites advance. You work 10-12 hours per day and have to pick up others slack. The benefits suck, mostly the medical wich is a high deductible plan wich means you have to pay for everything out of pocket. The sales people and management are always looking for mistakes and expect perfection. You have to carry a bunch of junk in you car (coupons, etc..). The only good thing about this job was the pay wich was decent. Also they have a really high turnover rate, so there is always a bunch of new guys.
Pros
Pay, free beer on holidays.
Cons
Work holidays and weekends, stressful, long hours, workload.
